As part of the fourth-generation Ziegler-Natta catalyst system, the DJD-Z series of efficient catalyst are incorporated. The catalyst possesses a uniform granular morphology. This product is characterized by its small polymer fine powder, excellent hydrogen modulation sensitivity, and high catalytic efficiency. This series of catalysts are mainly used in unipol, Novolen, Lnnovene, SPG, Hypol, small bulk and other processes. This product may generate a full range of polypropylene grades.

Product packaging
In the process packaging of the continuous method, the catalyst dried powder or catalyst slurry is used in the painted carbon steel barrel, with micro positive pressure N2 protection in the barrel. The catalyst is packed according to the standard net demand.
In the intermittent bulk process packaging, dry powder is used in 500ml glass bottle, with micro positive pressure N2 protection applied in the bottle; the bottle mouth adopts wax seal, packed in a carton, with 24 bottles per carton, about 8kg.
The product can be packed according to client’s special requirements.
