Product application
Antioxidant ZX-1135 is a high-performing liquid antioxidant. Its low volatility and great compatibility make it well-suited for forced air cooling operations in polyurethanes. This characteristic also inhibits surface fogging of automotive products and staining of fabrics. Antioxidant ZX-1135's low volatility and high liquidity make it ideal for use in various polymer production processes such as single liquid, emulsion, suspension, solution, or melt.
The usual recommended dosage of antioxidant ZX-1135 is between 0.15% and 0.5%. Antioxidant ZX-1135 can be added and used by pump delivery or injection. It is also easy to emulsify and can be dissolved, dispersed or maintained in pure liquid state when added during processing. Antioxidant ZX-1135 has good synergistic effects when used together with other phenolic antioxidants, substituted aromatic amines, synergistic stabilizers (phosphites, phosphate esters, thioethers, alcoholamines, lactones, etc.), light stabilizers (UV absorbers, hindered amines, etc.), etc.
